Every one of us has, in some way, shape or form, been affected by mental health issues such as addictions, anxieties, etc. or other forms such as bipolar, schizophrenia, phobias and on and on. I'm so glad there that is such a thing as a "Let's Talk" day, because we all have so much to learn and we still have a long way to go in removing the stigma associated with mental health issues.
